Well, April felt like a bit of a marathon in the literary world, so this month, we’re catching our breath. There's a lot of other stuff happening in non-literary circles, what with Mother’s Day, the end of school, and all that. So, yes, come join us for these events, but enjoy life outside all our bookish things too!

Yes, a New Bookstore!
You already saw they’re having an event this month, but there’s a new place to buy romance books in Murfreesboro! Romance on Board has been a pop-up bookshop for a while, but they just opened their store front! They’re still working on signage, but it’s at 2231 NW Broad St, in the back. If you’re into romance reading, like supporting women-owned businesses or independent bookstores, or just want a fun place to spend an afternoon, go check them out!
And that’s it! As always, check with your local libraries and bookstores to see what other events are happening—there’s always too much to include! And if there’s something you’d like highlighted in a future post, send me an email: taffetachimewrites@gmail.com. See you in the summer time!
