Happy November Everyone!

The seasonal changes are in full swing, and winter feels fast approaching, however our local theatre’s are hotter than ever and continuing to pump out one hit after another.

Let’s talk about it!

The Rutherford Arts Alliance is gearing up for their 3rd Annual Rutherford County Theatre Crawl! This free family friendly event will feature 5 participating local theatre troupes in a night of food, theatre, and fall fun. Bundle up with your loved ones and pop over to the Historic Oaklands Mansion on November 11th from 5pm to 8pm and watch scenes and performances live throughout the elegant Oaklands estate.

Bravo Boro will be joining in on the fun at this year's crawl with a dedicated excerpt performance from Julius Caesar. Having just closed their fall production of Murder on the Orient Express, they begin preparation for the full production of this Shakespear classic.

Performances will be in March of 2024 and auditions will be coming soon! Stay tuned in by following up through their website: Auditions

Murfreesboro Little Theatre is excited to bring you an excerpt from Pram in the Hallway. But first, they present their upcoming production of The Code Breaker. This show will be brought to The Mills-Pate Arts Center this November 10th and is made possible through their partnership with AcTEENg theatre troupe!

Center for the Arts will take the mainstage of this year's Theatre Crawl, as they rally their devoted actors to perform their 2024 season reveal! This performance will feature excerpts from their upcoming season of productions through music, dance, and a ton of fun. As for their current season, CFTA brings things down for the dark and gloomy winter season with their upcoming performance of Misery.

Ghost Light Studio prepares for their third annual and FINAL performance of the beloved dark comedy, Twisted Ranch, written by GLS’s very own co-founders. Twisted Ranch is made possible through the partnerships they have found with local bar and grills, The Front Street Pub and Twisted Oaks.

Consider This Theatre will be re-joining us at this year’s Crawl with a special sneak peek into their upcoming production, Rehearsal for Murder, a thrilling “theatrical” mystery in which your theatre becomes the set for the play. The actors, producer, director, and others connected with the show come onto the stage, and under their humorous (and utterly real) theatrical talk, tension grows.
