Poetry has the power to heal.
On November 12 our free Art of Unburdening workshop series continues. Join us as Julie Sumner—nurse, massage therapist, writer, and teacher—leads us in poetry reading and writing to nurture resilience. Julie’s 2023 collection Meridian was selected by poet Jane Hirshfield, and her workshops are especially meaningful for healthcare workers and caregivers.
No prior experience with poetry is needed.
