As I type this blog, I am actually on my way to one of the shows that is playing this month in Rutherford County! Tonight I am going to go see The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time, presented by Murfreesboro Little Theatre. The show will play at the Walnut House tonight, Friday and Saturday night at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm! Go to mltarts.com to get your tickets today.

Candace Corrigan is still looking for actors to cast in her Vote of Her Own recording May 16th-18th. She recently shared a video that was uploaded on their new updated website. Rutherford Arts Alliance will be hosting their monthly meeting at The Washington Theatre at Patterson Park at 5pm. Mary Donnet Johnson, Andrea Loughry and many others involved will be there to discuss the play Party of Twelve and answer any questions. Party of Twelve will be showing at the Washington Theatre April 8th-10th. Tickets are available at https://leadingladiesrutherford.com.

Bravo Boro will be holding auditions for One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest on March 6th and 7th at Carpe Artista in Smyrna, 1334 Hazelwood Dr. Smyrna, TN 37167 at 7pm. Show dates will be April 22-24, and May 1st at the Mills Pate Center. For auditions you can get early access to the monologues by emailing bravoboro21@gmail.com!

The Hunchback of Notre Dame will be playing every weekend this month at Center for the Arts in Murfreesboro! The show’s opening weekend boasted a packed house, and we here at RAA want to help keep the momentum going by encouraging all to go and see the show. Tickets are on sale at the door or boroarts.org where you can reserve your seat to view Victor Hugo’s classic.

Consider This will be hosting auditions for their next production “The Drowsy Chaperone”. Anyone interested in auditioning should come out to the Mills Pate Center on March 22nd or 23rd at 6pm. The show dates June 3rd-5th and 10th-12th (rehearsals will begin in April but the company will break for Easter>)
